What emerged wasn't a self-help idea. It was, in my words, a Divine Calling — a God-centered practice built around the work I now love: listening deeply, praying before and after each session, and helping people release what's been quietly shaping their reactions, their relationships and their health.
I named the practice HeartFlow Energy because that's what I've witnessed in myself and in my clients: the moment the blockages lift, the natural flow returns — vitality, peace, purpose, joy.
People who've worked with me tend to use the same word: listening. They say I have a way of making space for whatever is true — without rushing to fix it, judge it, or look away. It's been called my superpower, and it's the foundation of every session.
I listen with heart, compassion and wisdom. I pray before and after each session, asking the Lord to guide the work. I blend that grounded faith with the Emotion Code and Body Code — practical tools for releasing trapped emotions and restoring balance to the energy system. The result is a practice that's spiritual and skilled at the same time.

My work is deeply intuitive and prayer-led, but it is also supported by years of professional training. I am a Certified Emotion Code Practitioner, Certified Body Code Practitioner and Certified Intuitive Life Coach. These methods give structure to the compassionate, God-centered way I support each client.
